inspired by Broke and Bookish’s Top Ten Tuesday

Here is how it works: It’ll be a weekly meme here at The Weekly Enthusiast. Each week I’ll post a new Fantastic Five list that I will answer here. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join, whether you have a TV/Film blog, book blog, personal blog. All I ask is that you link back to The Weekly Enthusiast on your own Fantastic Five list and comment on this post so that everyone can check out the other bloggers lists.

If you don’t have a blog, leave your answers in the comments and get to know other fellow bloggers. Also, be sure to check out the Upcoming Topics for FFF.

Five Favorite Reality TV Series

Guess what guys! I actually ranked this one. I don’t do that too often, but I felt I kind of needed too.

Five: America’s Next Top Model | the CW
This is one of the few reality shows where I thrive on the drama. Primarily because I just think it’s so funny how snippy all these models get. I get a real kick out of it.

Four: Cake Boss | TLC
I recently became addicted to this show. Like, last week. I started watching it just for the pretty cakes. So far, it has no disappointed. It shows just enough of Buddy’s home life, that it personalizes him, but not so much that I feel the need to scream at my television that I want more cakes. Though sometimes I have a hard time believing he really talks the way he does. It made me cringe every time he said “hydroglyphics” instead of hieroglyphics.

Three: What Not to Wear | TLC
I don’t consider myself a huge fashionista. In fact, I feel like I’m the exact opposite. But this show shows me how to look nice and how to best accent my features. Plus, Stacy and Clinton are hilarious.

Two: Mythbusters | Discovery
On those days where it’s rainy and cold, or on those days where I don’t want to think, I watch this show. I’m not sure why, but that’s always what happens.

One: Face Off | SyFy
This show premiered a few years ago. It seemed really interesting and came at a time when I was kind of addicted to “The Bachelor/Bachelorette”. This show kind of proved that not all reality TV shows have to be vapid and annoying. Though it definitely has it’s contestants that make you want to punch the screen, it more interesting than drama filled.
